Paper Submission Instructions
The paper must be submitted electronically through easychair (https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=icsh2017).
- Long papers: 12 pages (including all contents, references, figures, etc.)
- Short papers: 6 pages (including all contents, references, figures, etc.)
- Posters: 2 pages (including all contents, references, figures, etc.)
Submissions are must in English and follow the Springer LNCS paper templates (“Information for LNCS Authors” at: http://www.springer.com/computer/lncs?SGWID=0-164-6-793341-0 ). Submission file formats are PDF or Microsoft Word.
All papers submitted for conference consideration will undergo a rigorous peer-review process. Selected papers may be presented as long papers, short papers, or posters/abstracts and will be published as proceedings with Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS).
All accepted papers needs to meet the formatting requirement of Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) for publications. We will contact you to make necessary changes. Papers failed Springer’s formatting check will not be published.
Copyright Form [Here]: The LNCS Consent to Publish form has to be signed by the authors of each paper, at least by the corresponding author, and collected electronically together with the final version of the paper. Please make sure that the copyright forms have been filled out correctly before sending the files, for example that only authors employed by the EU (as an institution) tick that particular box. Some authors seem to think that if they work in a country in the European Union, they have to tick that box, which isn’t true. Equally, the box for US Government employees should only be ticked by US Government employees.
The posters will be print and displayed using an X-stand. The poster size is 60cm (w)*160cm(h), in which 60cm (w)*105cm(h) can be used to put your contents. So the authors need to prepare their poster using the template [HERE].
Then, please email the poster to Mengyue Wang [email@example.com] before May 20th. Otherwise, your poster won’t be printed or posted into the session.
We will arrange print the posters and put them on site. Please do not bring your own poster, since there is no frame to hang them.
If you have any question about your submission (and maybe publication), please contact publication co-chair, Dr. Hsin-min Lu [firstname.lastname@example.org], for queries.
